ABOUT
In 1970 we entered BITS, Pilani, young, ambitious and eager to make our mark upon the world in one way or another. This was a milestone era in our lives after which some of us went for higher studies, or launched our careers, married, raised children, began busy lives and we may or may not have kept in touch with our yaar dost or batchmates. Now older and wiser, we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to rekindle friendships and reminisce about our years together.
A grand three-day celebration with fun with or without our respective spouses – a trip to nostalgia that is guaranteed to be good for the spirit!
We have by popular consensus zeroed down on viable dates in February 2020 for this purpose. With over 150 registrations already in place and the limitation of the campus not being to provide all of us accommodation in the campus, our present focus is on ensuring 150 rooms close to Pilani. Present plans envisage Mandawa which is a mere 75 kms. from Pilani, so that we can spend a full-day on the Vidya Vihar campus and relive memories of the past while creating new ones with the recent metamorphosis of the campus.
