Can be best described as D-12 Yudhishtira-the silent and wise man in the otherwise 'noisy' dorm. His loaded statements at times came 'out-of-the blue"- and he made no bones about it. He unlike most managers believed in action first and talk afterwards. It is reliably learnt that he is to replace Vinoba Bhave in a few years. If one needs a helping hand at any work-Ranga is the man for all seasons and reasons.
