IIMA got me my first job at Citibank, where I worked five years and then a push from a friend and just being in the right place at the right time landed me my second job at American Express Bank, where I worked for another five years. 

 

For the last 25 years I’ve been working with a credit rating agency, Capital Intelligence Ltd, which is based in Cyprus, but which allows me to work from my home office. 

 

In IIMA I was lucky to find Rajiv, my husband, who is also my best friend, and together we savoured all the high points of our lives like the births of our sons Arjun and Siddharth, their marriages to Zubina and Carole respectively, two large-hearted and lovely women, and the birth of our gorgeous grand daughter Yara. 

 

I still work full time. Somewhere along the way I became an atheist.  I look forward to retiring but inexplicably shrink from taking that final step. I love to read and my taste is varied ranging from history to fantasy and science fiction. Cooking is a serious hobby along with fitness. 

 

I yearn to travel and see new places but what I look forward to most these days is a glass of fine wine, great food, and the company of family and close friends.
