The forty years since IIMA has been a period of continuous learning for me both personally and professionally. I spent the major part of my professional career in the automotive sector around Delhi / NCR region in India but for a 2 year stint in Dubai during 1994-96. My last assignment was Group CEO of the Talbros Group based in NCR. Though I relinquished my executive position in Jan 2012, I still continue to be associated with Talbros Group in the capacity of an advisor. I also consult a few companies beyond Talbros Group in the automotive sphere. 

 

My wife Usha to whom I got married in 1978 is a Post Graduate in Economics and she has been teaching economics to 12th standard for over 30 years in a Delhi School apart from managing our home. 

 

Our son Anand, born in 1980, did his MBA from INSEAD France after completing his B Tech from NTU Singapore, is currently employed with CITI Corp, NY. He is married to Joanne who is a lawyer and they have a daughter Maya (5) and a son Luca (1). Our daughter Asha born in 1988 is a graduate of NIFT, New Delhi and is currently working with a design house in New Delhi as an associate.
