Having given up a childhood dream of becoming an air-force pilot, I sought my share of adventure in the corporate sector. 

 

For the first 33 years after IIM, I had the privilege to lead ‘Dream Big, Deliver Bigger’ teams in Nestle, Ray-Ban sunglasses, Bausch & Lomb vision-care, Marico and Dr. Reddys. 

 

It has been a fascinating experience - launching new ventures and turning-around large ships. The definitive highlight was getting to work with amazing people across diverse cultures in 35+ countries.

 

In 2010, I turned over a new leaf, by setting up ‘Sunya Circle Authentic Leadership Associates’. Partnering initiatives to ignite Excellence is a continuing passion. As is the desire to ‘Learn, Unlearn and Re-Learn’ practicing the art and the science of Life ‘n Leadership. 

 

As an Executive Coach for Transformational Leaders and Organizational Vitality, I enjoy travelling the world from my base in Toronto.

 

Our graduation year was an important year for me for another reason. I met a ‘very special’ someone who was destined to become my ‘best-est’ friend – Ninoo & I got married in 1978. 

 

We both like travelling, gardening, reading & philosophy (she majored in it, so it is easy to lose an argument to her!). We are fascinated by the science of integrated well-being. Ninoo practices homeopathy and I am a RHN from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

 

What brings us the greatest joy is our children. Meher and her husband Karanjit love animals and are sports/fitness aficionados. They are much sought-after experts in the Pet-care industry. 

 

Sharan heads global portfolio management for a world-leading Canadian Adventure-Travel organization. Karam revels in being a free-lance software developer and an artist.
