“Sorry to inform everyone Anand Bhaiya has had left all of us. May God give peace to his soul”.

Some Tributes

Impermanence and its immanent impact on us, our own selves. Like thumbola, (housy housy)..the last number of each line Is being called, May Anand’s soul attain Moksha. – Ranganathan PGP 1975

I still remember his face with the beard, saw him last on his marriage. - Narendra Agrawal (NK) PGP 1975

Hope Anand will pardon his batch mates for their innocence, ignorance and immaturity.  Almighty bless him – Deepak Srivastava PGP 1975

He was topper of Roorkee entrance exam and topper of his batch - Gold medallist. His father who was a Gandhian, man of high ideals living a frugal life. His wife was a Prof in Raj Univ. After marriage, he left Uptron to join Dyanora, on the strength of his electronics and TV background. Later, he moved to Jaipur and joined a Rajasthan Government undertaking from where he retired. Had a son working in Gulf and a grand daughter on whom he doted. Amitabh Bhaduri of the 1976 batch who was with Uptron in Lucknow after IIMA.

That is what I meant by a second innings; he stumbled, like many of us do, but stood up and walked tall again. - peace, CY Gopinath PGP 1975

His son and granddaughter will bat after he was finally bowled out. In nature, the purpose of life is to create and sustain another life! – Arun Goyal

Our sincere condolences to his family and all who knew him. May he rest in peace. - Rupa (and Ambi) PGP 1975
