After working for a brief period in Binny Ltd. Madras in 1974, worked for four years at IPCL Baroda. From mid 1980 till 2002, worked with Windsor Foods Ltd. Baroda as Executive Director and then at Sable Waghire & Co. (a Pune based family business group) heading its Foods Division. Played key role in turning around a sick unit at Windsor Foods Ltd. 

 

Also teaching Consumer Behaviour in the MBA course at M. S. University as a Visiting Faculty since 1987. 

 

Family:- 

Bhairavi (Dhruva), my wife, is a Head Mistress in a school. She is also teaching Sanskrit to secondary school students in her private tuition class. My daughter, Jayati, after her Masters, was teaching Mechanical Engineering in a GTU affiliated college. Recently she has shifted to Kuwait with her husband, Girish, who works in Kuwait Oil Co. They have a five year old son, Jayshivom. My son Narhari is pursuing M. S. in Engineering Management at USA.
