Son, Dr Aditya is an Oncologist practicing in Delhi. He is married to Dr. Nanditha, an Anaesthetist now pursuing super speciality in Cardiac Anaesthesia at AIIMS, Delhi. Daughter, Dr. Abhilasha is an Ophthalmologist now pursuing fellowship in vitro retinal surgery in Bangalore. She is married to Dr. Suraj, an Interventional Cardiologist now practicing in Bangalore.

 

Career:

Backed by a strong experience in corporate sector, I branched out to management consultancy. This was followed by an exciting period of over two decades in education, training and consultancy – all related to Entrepreneurship Development in SME sector.

 

My contributions at national and international levels include:

• Family Business Consulting and teaching

• Strategy Formulation for planned interventions to facilitate Entrepreneurship Development.

• Institutional capacity building

• Developing Business Counselors

• Intrapreneurship Development

• Promoting responsible business practices in the SME sector.

 

As a consultant to United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), International Labour Organization and other international agencies, I have contributed to the cause of entrepreneurship development in over 20 countries in Asia, Africa and Middle East.

 

Current Status / Location:

Now I am a freelance consultant dealing with Family Business Management and entrepreneurship development including business incubation. I keep shuttling between Delhi and Bangalore.
